Looks like a simple but effective linear progression. Almost any routine will work, but it's always a matter of what works best. IMHO Heavy/Max effort type lifting 2X a week can lead to CNS over load and can retard your progress. Not saying it will, but it is the reason that WestSide and Cube methods do not perform heavy lifting week in and week out. But, the only way to find out is to try it as there are so many variables.

Yea that's what I was wondering about benching heavy twice a week. Maybe something to try. Idk.

My only gripe about this is the ratio of internal rotational vs external shoulder rotation. In other words its a shitload of chest and just a bit of back. A "deadlift day" IMO is not enough with the few back exercises recommended. Big back = big chest.

Yea, I might try it later on. Maybe just modify it to fit in more back work.
