I think you are over reacting... EO or not... if this is your first time AND you injected incorrectly you will have pain and swelling PERIOD!

It actually looks to me like the inject location you chose is one full of nerves... basic anatomy... So not only did you sever some nerves you put it too low in the muscle...

Lesson learned?


there is no puss at the inject site then you are not infected... JackD has given you a great illustration...

can you give us any hints as to what lab this gear came from so we can know what to look for if we decide to give them a try?

well my first shot was on march 23....and i was using different lab and i finished the 10ml of that and then i started the LT one.
the first lab one was ok but i did get my glutes hurting a lot along with my back and i posted about that here also. that has gone and its 100% without any antibiotics or visiting the doc.
i really trusted this lab a lot so i just 1 10ml vial. i still have another 10ml vial from the first lab.
my cycle is 12 weeks long and i have nolva for pct.
any how been sweating with high heart rate at night. when i woke up i felt the swelling went down and couldn't fell any pain...that was only until i started to walk around. so i took a motrin so the pain doesnt get too much. swelling is the same as before bed last night and more redness on the quads.
i will go to ER tonight around 9pm.

question:
what should i do about my wednesday shot? i think glute would be better that was i can still use the good leg to walk.

going to the ER is going to be a pain in your ass. i would read what the guys above have posted and give it a bit longer! they will tell you you have an infection and keep you overnight but you dont. the swelling was too soon. if you had an infection it would just be starting barely to get a little bit red or swollen today at the soonest! hot pack it and massage it. or go to the ER and spend the night getting IVs that you dont need.

i decided to go around 2:30pm now. gf will drop me before she goes to work. if they say i need to stay overnight then i will tell them to fuck off. i just cant stay there for more than 4-5hrs. they can put in the first dose in 1hr then give me the rest to go in those fanny packs. either way i have a dog to take care off. i will try to get antibiotics for infection ... they should write me a prescription and i will go get that.

Get used to it...if you're gonna continue in AAS use and overreact every time u get sore, you'll be spending a lot of time and money at the ER. Why even ask a question if you are only going to disregard all the answers?

no i am not disagreeing with anyone. every post here as been really helpful for me and i appreciate that. i of course haven't experienced this so i am on overkill. i live in lovely Canada so i don't pay anything for this so might as well.
so far i have only gone from 160lbs to 175lbs since on cycle. i can't mess around too much otherwise it would be a waste of my effort and i wont even reach my goals.
i will just see what they have to say and take it as more advice.
leaving now and will post back when i come home.

i dont know about AAS as i have never pinned it but the one time i gave myself an injection of polyglycan i had a fever and flu like symptoms for 2 days. so i disagree! plus, it seems like several other people have said that they get test flu and it comes with a fever!

I disagree DU... I have had soreness and fever in small muscles after pinning high concentrations...AND IT WASNT INFECTED!!!!

I have also pinned some Test-prop that literally crippled me... swollen and couldn't walk... Still not infected... It's just the way the body reacts...

He needs to stop whining... it is probably just warm in the injected muscle... If he has a full on full body fever maybe... but it could still be test flu...


All in all... fuck 'em... He's Canadian anyway...

Just a show of hands, how many of us limped for a week when we first pinned our quads, or haven't pinned them for a long time???? I believe that was all of us. But all of us didn't whine, we just pushed through it.

For the OP, if you had an infection I and everyone else would have seen it, and it would be showing up today, not getting better, so do the math. The tissue is inflamed and swollen from the gear, it will happen every time till your muscles get used the pinning and oil inside the muscle.

And with time it gets better, where after an injection whether short or long ester, there really won't be any pain or swelling, and most times you won't even know where you even injected. It just takes time to get there.
