I wanted to start a new log for this . The events have been announced but not the weights.
I will post the events when I have weights to put with them. So far it seems alot of endurance so hill sprints and some speed work tommorow. Amma's husband will be my consultant for the speed work.

Good on you for getting up and doing the sprints. Training looks solid, you have many weeks to peak for Nats. You got this.

Pretty much want to die after today's training I am soooooooo out of shape!

The goal is three then up the weight. I am doing it for muscular endurance and mental endurance. There is the medley a husafell carry and a yoke/frame medley . I dont feel anything but my press really needs to get stronger ( hoping I am not jumping the gun on that I havent seen the weights yet) but I need to have more endurnace so I dont fizzle out so quick.
