My back is way better but still not ready to be picking up sandbag or reg dling at this point it is all about staying injury free.

Amazing things happen when you just suck it up and push through. I have been nursing a muscular back injury. The whole protocol of ice,heat,ibuprofen,muscle relaxers at night,massage and lots and lots of biofreeze and epsom salt baths.
I went in to training very reluctantly today as my back was still very sore .
I rolled out over the keg and heard several pops and cracks ............back pain disappeared ! Gone totally fine .

lol ty. I should of done more . My endurance is low and under conditionined. I have three weeks to bring it up. Good thing endurance comes up fast right. The strength is there and the wanting to smash shit and angriness is there. I hit the axle today and wasnt feeling "on" this is a good thing when I PR not feeling 100 percent

Thankyou . I have been known to pull off amazing stuff when competing lol. I'll be a puker for sure if I dont get my endurance up

I told myself I was going to do some sort if endurance work four days this week. As I didn't get my lazy ass out of bed early enough I had to do it after work
