I want to apologize if I make dumb posts late at night. I use Ambien to sleep and sometimes I do stuff and I have no memory of it. Later in the day a memory will pop in my head but I don't know if it was a dream or something I really did. Its always interesting to get on the board later in the day to see what I typed.

I've been on the stuff for almost a year now, never did stuff i didn't remember. I remember taking 30mg's and I was tripping out while taking a shit.

A few tren runs ago my insomnia got so bad that I would sleep for 15 min and then wake up!! this would go on the entire night to the point that ppl were asking me if I got beat up the bags under my eyes were so bad!

So what did I do? I took an ambian one night, that is right 1 miserable ambian! I woke up later that night around 5am on the deck laying down with no pillow etc in just my underwear!! Never again!!! It was late November and temps were well below freezing that night!

I have scars from ambien use. That shits the scariest drug I have taken, and I've pretty much done them all. (never did pcp, I think that's it) I strongly recommend staying far away from that shit. I'd prefer heroin for sleep. I will use Phenibut or kava kava to sleep occasionally, sipping kava right now, shits really nasty but I won't wake up with self inflicted burns or find out I spent a night out doing who knows what, keys still in the ignition and car still running.
