you are a dork SAD! how much do you think i weigh??? i just posted in my journal last night that i did bw pullups and bw was 175# :rolleyes: geez i try to make things easy for you guys and you dont even listen to what i say (damn, im laughing so hard im almost crying :)) )

I'm actually legitimately impressed that you weigh 175lbs and look like you do. It shows that you have some seriously dense, quality muscle. My hat is off to you, m'lady.

see MM, dense is a good thing. and yes, SAD, i am a big and dense girl. i know it is hard to judge such things by pics. i used to hate that i weighed so much, im more ok with it now.

I voted over. I think she can get 175. That's a great weight. A woman doing 1X their bodyweight is quite competitive.

wow, im kind of embarrassed. first admin and the progress pics and then admin and this thread and everybodys response. thanks for all the great words and ego boosts.

hmmmmmmm i have done 155 for 3, i think. i am fairly certain that i could get 175 for 1. might be a month before i try it as my shoulders are acting up right now and i think i will be doing dbs for a bit until they get less unhappy. i will of course video tape it for proof. because if no video, than it didnt happen or it didnt happen with full range or proper form! and if one doesnt use proper form and full range then they look retarded and i refuse to look retarded :D

Shoulders are key to putting up weight on the bench. I know because I have a partially torn right labrum and it has brought my max down more than 100lbs over time. Sucks ass!!
