Leg day:
Stats: weight 123 in the am

day 8 of Anavar 5mg. Pumps are insane! vascularity is really showing too! veins are popping out and people are noticing! LOVE IT!

I wasn't actually going to log my workouts before, which is the reason for the not-so-cool title. But, I've decided that since I'm changing things up a bit, logging will help me stay on track :)

And this title is cooler! :D

logging is a pain in the rear but it is helpful for tweaks and progress.

good for you! now, of course, I want to change my lame log to a new hipper title...maybe "granny got back" or, "the road to ripped" or something...will be keeping tabs :)

hit the gym in a not-so-good mood after a long night and little sleep, but went, and I'm ok with the workout.

still only taking the 5mg of Var, and thinking I may not need to increase as I first thought. We'll see. Pumps are insane! No strength increase, but def. no decrease with my cut. Down another .5 lbs. yessss! :D

Just did arms today. I'm trying to keep things very mixed up for now...don't usually have an "arm" day. but chest was still a tad sore, and legs were sore from DL's yesterday...so, arms it was.

started with DB shoulder press super setted with lateral front and side DB raises.
