I was gonna log my stuff so I figured why not just log it here.

9 weeks out from this past Saturday. Will weigh myself in the morning and post stats. Just started a different diet so I want to keep track on how well it works as opposed to what I've done in the past. Just starting with todays meals, from here on end I'll include training schedule also.

Meal plan for this whole week I will make adjustments on some things.

breakfast 8:30
7 egg whites + 1 whole egg and I cup of cooked oatmeal

meal 2 11:30
6 0z of steak 1 cup of rice and 1 cup of green veggies

meal 3 2:30
protein shake 50-60gm protein
1 tbsp of peanutbutter

meal 4 6:00
6 0z chicken 2 cups of rice

meal 5 8:30
6 oz tuna mixed with 2 cups of rice

meal 6
protein shake with 50-60 gms of protein
1 tbsp peanutbutter


edit: Weighed in this morning at 204 and 11%BF
