After three back injuries from conventional and sumo I now do only romanian dl and occasionally straight leg. I have zero pain or subsequent back issues following STRICT AS SHIT Rdl. In fact they have rehabbed my spine and disk issues more than any other factor. And the docs and physios ( never lifted) say it will never help and I will only hurt it again. Of course re injury is possible but im pain free and back to my pre injury self till that happens.
