4 days out. Fully depleted as you can see, and I am a watery sponge with all this salt and 2 gallons plus water per day loading right now, but if I'm looking this good now, can't wait to see me Saturday full and dry

Follow your plan bro. Most guys doing their first show have no where near as mapped out a plan as you do. You did your homework and its gonna pay off. Looking forward to seeing show pics. Fantastic work!

I know calipers aren't spot on especially at our lean level, however, skinfolds are skinfolds.. I'm lean as a mofo haha, I actually read lower body fat with 7 site because almost all of my other measurement are 2mm or below, so I did 3 site so it wouldn't say I was like 0.5% lmao.
