I see huge improvements on hamstring separation. just one suggestion... when standing relaxed facing away from judges, keep the knee slightly unlocked(very slightly) so that your weight distributes to entire thigh, not just the hip, and show better posture(posture is important). also pivot your feet outwards against the floor to bring out more details in hams and glutes. good luck brother!

Damn lookin strong bro! YOu got someone coaching you on posing??? The physique looks great - so if you pose well, you oughta be able to wrap that shit up before you even walk on stage bruh!

Impressive, especially for your first show! Drop water right and I'm sure you'll at least take novice, and probably your weight class in open division(depending on the show and who shows up). What are you using to drop water?

thx guys. unfortunately coach wouldnt let me compete in open for my first show but i understand the crawl before you can walk thing. i'll be happy with novice overall :) as far as cutting water i guess im gonna use dyazide. i have oral lasix just in case but here it can make you flat...
