Hello Den, I am CFM. I am 49, my avi pic was taken last Sat. I've trained for PR's and BB, no competitions, just competing against myself to be better/stronger each year. Some may know me from SI. I have over 30 natty and 7 years juice experience. Pretty much in the know on GH.
