This is an example of a single circuit biceps workout i would do after pre-exhausting biceps with a back work out. I would purposely include a heavy close,under-arm grip movement in my back workout to pre exhaust biceps for a single circuit.
I will execute each set in this biceps workout to absolute failure as this is a single circuit and may inolve principles such as drop-sets and cheat curls to assure absolute fatigue.
I have been natural for 6 years now out of personal choice although i have absolutely nothing against AAS and maintain alot of respect for that side of bodybuilding this is just a biceps workout I wanted to share.
