I don't think I will ever have someone do an extension like a skull crusher every again. They are somewhat ineffective as you don't fully stretch the tricep and they cause almost everyone pain.

I forgot bench dips, I can't do 'regular' dips, but purportedly bench dips fill in the area right above the elbow, and saves your shoulder if you have delt issues.

2 people works well minimal rest

standing front press down for 12 reps, the only rest you take is the time to go to the next exercise which is a reverse grip press down with 1/2 weight of the front press down..

5 sets.. it can be intimidating..
