That was a hell of a drive from Baker and the offense there at the end.

It is crazy what Baker can will himself to do. The Bucs O-line was a patchwork of center playing tackle, guard playing center.. Two starters out including Wirfs, their all pro.

The guy will do anything to win.

That's what I like about him, and why he's one of my favorite quarterbacks in the league.

Not only was his O-line decimated, but he did this against one of the better defenses in the league that had played a really solid game up to that point.

What do you think of the wave of QB injuries around the league?

I'll admit I'm not up to date on all the injuries. Lots of them?

Joe Burrow is out (once again) for 3 months with toe injury.

JJ McCarthy is out for 2-4 weeks.

Justin Fields has a concussion and will miss at least a game.

Jayden Daniels has a knee sprain and is questionable.

Brock Purdy is out for several weeks from his week 1 injury.

I think it's a lot for just two weeks into the season.

Wow, that changes a lot of scenarios.

Hate to see that too. For the guys' sakes.

Pats will be respectable again, they'll only win 8 or 9 games, but look like a football team.

Decent top line talent, but not enough depth to withstand the inevitable injures that arise in the NFL.
Problem is the Pats have more offensive line inj. than all the NFL teams combined. Every yr., before the season even starts, most of there line is out and with in a couple of games there calling in the pre-season practice squad.

I think the problem is the lack of overall roster talent, and that will take a few years to build.

When your reserves are trash, your team is trash, because injuries happen to EVERY team.

I think my Bucs have 1 of the original 5 starters. It is depressing. They are still winning. Surprisingly.

Third week in row my boy Baker performs some magic in the last few minutes.

Not a pretty win, but 3-0 is 3-0

I enjoy watching Baker. Jets block that kick and return it. Baker says, "Hold my beer." I'm just happy my Bears got off the winless boat. I think Williams has potential to be a darn good quarterback if he checks his ego at the door and follows Ben Johnson's game plan. I am hoping the can be competitive and .500 this year. Baby steps.
