I'm really excited about his return. He's looking shredded. Not as big as he used to but that will work in his favor I think. I would love to see him and Evan Centopanni in a comparison.

Chris aceto knows his shit.this is the first time I have seen jays face sucked in.in the past his face has had that puffy look so he will definitely come in shape.as far as weight it's not relevant on a bb stage.in my opinion he won't crack the top three but you never know.

He looks around 250 to me! with around 20 1/2 cold arms, and i think he is 5" 9" tall, yes i prefer the old school best, say he was around 20lbs less much more pleasing to the eye.
