this isnt my recipe i dunno who made this, i have it saved from a friend, its easy to make low carb good amount calories and protein.
You will need:
1/3lb salmon filets
Honey Mustard
Pepper
Panko Bread Crumbs
Asparagus
Cucumber
on a baking sheet cover in foil, spray one side foil with your favorite oil so it doesnt stick. keep skin on fish and place on foil, pepper salmon, spread honey mustard across fillet. use 1bsp or LESS of bread crumbs on top of the mustard spread salmon, bake at 350-375 for 15 mins or until golden brown. steam grill or cook asparagus how ever you like. i use 1 small cucumber with a light dressing (non creamy)
Macros per filet: 400 calories, 40 grams protein, 10 grams carbs, 15 grams fat
