16 months progress

[HDH]

This first pic was taken after a two year vodka run with no training and fast food as the main menu item. I lost about 30lbs of fat before the picture. I looked like I never worked out. It was at the end of Jan last year.

The goal for that time was transformation. Wasn't lookin to put on any weight.

I quit drinking almost 2 years ago.

This one was taken tonight. Same weight, almost 5% less BF. Only a buck 90 folks

Thanks guys. I hate posting the skinny pics. I've been as high as 260 but a lot was fat and water. I was a hell of a lot stronger though.

This year is growth. Just need some time behind me now.
