eat!!!!!
stay off the bench --- do more bodyweight stuff--- get jacked like a male gymnast--- master the basic bodyweight stuff
do that and rest will be easy

Most kids just want to train the "show muscles"... chest, arms, and abs. Put just as much emphasis on your back and leg training as you do the other body parts and you will grow like a weed. Keep things simple... stay with basic compund movements and body weight exercises. Best of luck to you.
