10iu gh each day or 20iu blast?

So I've been taking 10iu 5 on 2 off, would I be better off just running 20 ius 3 days a week?
Any thoughts on this 20iu blast or just keep with the slow and steady theory?

Lift 5 days a week used to do 6 but I think I was overtraining...
Now I'm just using generic blue tops...
I have tried legit hyges I didn't think they were any better than the blue tops I have.

Ive done it before, not above 10 but i fealt it to be a waste of money honestly. your money could be much better spent elsewhere or the longer you can run gh at 4-5iu the better imho.....unless you run it with a ton of Slin im told which i never did.

They were legit with serial numbers that I verified online... Plus they cost me $400 a kit freakin expensive....

First of all they were 8iu of hyge and they were comparable I couldn't really justify the price cost sorry I don't agree.
$400 for 200 iu is a lot especially when blue tops are $100 a kit for 100 iu even if I took 20 iu generic they were still better than 8iu hyge ....

So if you're lifting 5 days per week, i'd take 10-15iu post workout, as much gh as you can afford. Highest quality you can get.

Gotta spike that IGF post workout. I do IV hgh post workout, 10 sometimes 20 iu's.

You get what you pay for, what I mean is 10 ius of blue tops doesn't compare to 10 ius of Rips or Hyges. I can barely handle 5 ius of Rips I can't imagine using 10 ius. Also have u tested those blue tops? How do u know if those blues have any GH.
