    I can bump the test and the EQ to 500. I do respond well to EQ. After my first cycle I've always done Test and EQ. It's been a good combo for me. What anti-e should I run and what should my PCT look like?

    How long do you rest between sets? I'm using the strong lifts app to track everything. The app says to wait 90 seconds to 3 minutes. Should I rest longer? Some of my lifts are getting heavy.
