    I highly recommend both clomid and nolva as PCT. works really well for me but that’s of course my personal preference. On my first cycle I only did nolva as PCT just took longer to recover. With clomid it seems to really speed up my natural test production.

    Haven’t tried the Mexican stuff but been used from my Chinese supplier for a couple of years. Gives nail and hair growth like crazy. Weight loss I’m not so sure but not trying to lose weight anyways.

    Ive started to just run for 15-16 min.. I sprint for 20-25 seconds, walk for 20-25s and sprint again.. over and over... makes me breathe like an old lady who smoked for 50 years but I think it hits the spot as it really pushes my pulse to the max
