    My doc mentioned the same thing that high intensity weighlifting causes creatinine levels to rise, back in 2018 my kidney function was 60 and rose to 84 within 2 monthz so im counting on it improving while off gear ....not a fan of the violin at allthanks for the feedback

    Hi I am currently taking a small dose of test E , but i am using insulin needles as i cannot use the IM needle ...its just too daunting to self administer...has anyone used insulin needles and was it effective? Iv read a few studies that state it has been effective ...any advice would help

    Thanks for the feedback , so i should just wait it out for the menstrual cycle to return? im not very keen to seek medical treatment for it , i do not feel physically effected by not having it - just mood swings are a bit aggravated from time to time ,im also still on a calorie restricted diet...
