I do cardio last. If I get tired I can cut it shorter. But I think it's whatever makes you comfortable. Everyone is different. I know I've heard all sorts of theories. But it works out either way. Best of luck! :)
Sounds like there's more issues in the relationship than weight. I think the vows are better or worse? Weight isn't really terrible and it's certainly fixable. Maybe she is depressed? Maybe she doesn't feel you find her attractive as a person and giving up? There's so many ways around fixing...
41, 5'7", 126, and I don't know what I take in....I do know it's not enough. I have been trying hard daily to up it because I've lost a few lbs lately. I don't need that. Grrrr... Not easy to balance it..
34 which is a heat wave at this point. And more snow on top of the 100 plus inches we have already gotten. AND I'm not thinking I'll get to the gym today!! Grrrrr :(
