    This for me is a " cycle " lol. And I come off my HRT twice a year for 4 weeks just to clear out the receptors. So at of the end of this " cycle " that will count for one. My natty is around 400, with hrt I hover at 800 which is good for me.

    The biggest thing can say is everyone is SO different. 200mg of primo is very light, I would keep the test at least 1/3 more than the primo. I hope you have reputable source primo is faked more than any other steroid.

    I grew up in the pacific ocean, 52-62 degrees in the winter.... i pass. But I do live where it gets to 125 sometimes, so on those days you pray for cold water because your shower water is 85 -90 degrees all summer. I blend up ice with some water and pour it over my head often in the summer ....

    Magnesium l-threonate

    I like ZMA for sleeping, but magnesium can literally knock me out for 3 days. I buy empty capsules and from one standard ZMA cap I can me 20 caps I am so sensitive to magnesium. Then I have to time it perfect, 2.5 hours before bed or I will have a magnesium hang over. Its a trip.
