My son is a college football player and does all this plyo type work in his training. I used to do it when I played, but it's evolved even more now - like everything else.

And man does this shit work. He is 305 and can jump out of the shallow end of a pool onto the pool deck. It's crazy.

we did these as well ,, first time I showed this stuff to someone they blew it off as no big deal , next morning the phone rings ,,, hello ? ,,, I , I fucking hate you ... and he hung up
