So every now and then I have a problem with sciatica. It's not really a big issue right now so I want to fix it without going to the Dr if possible. I have lower back tightness most mornings when I get up out of bed so I do some stretching. I'm wanting to fix my lower back. I also know that my hips are very tight and would like to work on that as well. I squat, deadlift, etc.. with no issues right now. Anyone else experience something like this and if so what are you doing about it?

I'm with ya brother...I've been dealing with it the past week. Usually for me it acts up it I've gained a few pounds but currently I'm shedding so I don't know what's up. Are you taking peptides, I'm knee deep and wondering if it's correlated?

Back issues suck, I feel sorry for people that battle it every day. I haven't used any peptides for quite some time now.

Unsolicited advice: Never carry your wallet in your back pants pocket. One hip being slightly higher than the other over time can mess your back up. Also, inversion tables help some people. Your mileage may vary.
