At the end of yesterday’s session I tried out a fitness test that I saw while looking for a job. It involved lying prone to toes off floor 20x in two minutes. Seemed really easy. Well it kicked my ass. I made it in 1:55 but sloppy as hell and I felt it all day. I need to get in shape. I am adding a fitness goal to my 2026 plan, I just haven’t decided what it is yet.
