Hey all,
Probably some TMI in this post but I know that we have some older gentlemen here so I wanted to get this off my chest.
I’ll try and keep it short and sweet.
I have an appointment Tuesday with the GI and ultimately will bring a colonoscopy following my appointment.
I’m 41, relatively decent health, my bloodwork is almost perfect after eating better and getting my cholesterol in check, but I’ve always kinda struggled with hemorrhoids and now I have slight discomfort in my right side, just below my ribs. The occasional pain, but mostly pressure. So to be safe I’m getting looked at.
I’ve never been to one or gone through the procedure. So I’m curious if there’s anything that I should be on the look out for or prepared for or if it is pretty straightforward
