Yeah i think they are. lucky for me my squat is going up quick. The thing that really sucks is not having a proper spot. I find that holds me back, thats one of the reasons I am starting to do reverse band bench. heavy weight at top lighter as it goes down but I get a full ROM going. I feel now that I am using a belt I have more confidence in the injury side of things and it should start going up.Badass brother...know how it is to train with no sleep...SUCKS! Hopefully, you got some rest/recovery. Stay strong and keep it up! I agree, a local meet would cool. You're area should have some pretty decent meets. I am not for sure if "Maryland Militia" is still floating around but that group used to put on some bad ass meets. Also, the IPA is big out your way. Should be able to find something. And 1600, is no joke, big man.

Thanks ATW. Business has been great and it just means more hours and more stress. Its the less sleep that bugs me. but all is good and It will be slowing down in the next few weeks. Deads are becoming more fun that My numbers are going up. lol
