This was a get in and get out kind of day. Between work and 2 ½ year old I haven’t slept much. Gotta get my sleep back on track. Thinking about going to a Little 8 week Flood and Destroy but not completely convinced.

Badass brother...know how it is to train with no sleep...SUCKS! Hopefully, you got some rest/recovery. Stay strong and keep it up! I agree, a local meet would cool. You're area should have some pretty decent meets. I am not for sure if "Maryland Militia" is still floating around but that group used to put on some bad ass meets. Also, the IPA is big out your way. Should be able to find something. And 1600, is no joke, big man.

Yeah i think they are. lucky for me my squat is going up quick. The thing that really sucks is not having a proper spot. I find that holds me back, thats one of the reasons I am starting to do reverse band bench. heavy weight at top lighter as it goes down but I get a full ROM going. I feel now that I am using a belt I have more confidence in the injury side of things and it should start going up.

Thanks ATW. Business has been great and it just means more hours and more stress. Its the less sleep that bugs me. but all is good and It will be slowing down in the next few weeks. Deads are becoming more fun that My numbers are going up. lol

i know the feeling! didnt make my noon workout today because we had too many surgeries and other stuff. still had two surgeries after i picked up zac from school at noon. then when one has young children it makes it tough as well especially this time a year when they always seem to have the crud so they arent feel well and are more needy! i like the age my monchers are at because i can just tell them to crawl in bed with me and they are happy. at 2 1/2 that doesnt work so well!

Awesome work JB, keep moving that 1RM up brother!!! I'm ready to F&D when you say the word! That was a long ass day for you yesterday I'm surprised you actually got up and made it to the gym!

The reverse bands are exactly what I want the bands for... I mean I'd do other stuff too lol... Mighty impressive bench brother.

Thanks POB! I got just about every band except the crazy ones I sent halo! Reverse bench and squat are great. I try to do speed squat with them when i can!

I don't know...Halo is fucking on this crazy ass Fat Gripz/bands craze....I would stay away from that fucker. LOL.
