Naw it's not bad just very cognizant of sides when trying something new. Took 2 mgs Mots-C as well but been on that for awhile. I have taken BPC-157 tablets at too high of a dose and got itchy and flushed so probably it.I have personally never had that issue, and I have ran it as high as 3 mg before. It does seem to be a fairly common side effect for some people though. If the flushing passes and you are not having any other symptoms, I probably would not worry too much about it.
I would only be concerned if you start having chest pain, trouble breathing, or signs of a serious allergic reaction. The flushing itself can happen for a lot of reasons like dehydration, an empty stomach, or adrenaline and cortisol still being elevated after training.
Not sure if you'd want to take BPC after training, burying inflammation post workout may not be a great move. One of the few times you want it.First experience with this combo 10mg/10mg. Taking after training before bed. Pretty much flushed warm feeling in glutes and legs.
700 mcg of each was the dose.
