733 lbs x 4 Hatfield Squat. Definitely could have done more reps, but I do them outside the cage without a spotter. I know, it is a self spotting squat, but the re-rack gets really sketchy when the glutes get tight. I felt like a complete bitch for stopping at 4, as everything other than my glutes were fine. I will probably go again in a couple weeks for 6 or 8. If I stop at 6, I will jump up to 845 lbs for a double. There is only one more set of reds in the gym. I just throw on reds until I fail. I do the same with deadlifts.

First time I've ever had 800 on my back was this week. Holy Fk me Running !! Set up for Iso holds , and it just kept popping out of the rack , jumped from 750 to 800 and it moved haahahahah only what 4 inches from the hooks to me standing up with it locked out for the hold ,, that's like holding a damn house on your back

First time I've ever had 800 on my back was this week. Holy Fk me Running !! Set up for Iso holds , and it just kept popping out of the rack , jumped from 750 to 800 and it moved haahahahah only what 4 inches from the hooks to me standing up with it locked out for the hold ,, that's like holding a damn house on your back
I always say, when you get over 700 lbs it is a full body workout. I have muscles I didn't know I had, sore today. All those stabilizer muscles in your back are sore to the touch.

Oh yeah scaps are sore just from getting under SSB and shoving on the handles lol
