Was a great squat day,
squat 135 3x10 225 x5 315x2 350,365,385,405. 405x5,5,5,5, 1 something popped on right side about 3/4 of the way up between knee and hip, racked immediately and hopped around in pain for a few minutes.
Transition to dead lift 310 but it hurt a lot so didnt continue
