Was a great squat day,
squat 135 3x10 225 x5 315x2 350,365,385,405. 405x5,5,5,5, 1 something popped on right side about 3/4 of the way up between knee and hip, racked immediately and hopped around in pain for a few minutes.
Transition to dead lift 310 but it hurt a lot so didnt continue

I hate when good days go to shit like that , rest up man hope it feels better

All I wanted was 405 5x5 so I can move on next week and it was smooth and easy. Based on my medical training in Grenada before the war I am diagnosing a strained or sprained TFL. We’ll give it a couple days and see.

leg is improving but I still feel it and it throbs in certain positions. No way am I ready to squat again. But I can’t stay out of the gym.

pos crunch does have like 2 cool machines,.... they are closing gyms in my neck of the woods. the pussy parade coming in to the gyms right now is just crazy...

No machines at all, only barbells and dumbbells. I admit it would be nice now and then, especially a leg press to get some volume on quads when my back is unavailable.
I couldnt deal with the drama at a big commercial gym but would enjoy the scenery

my right leg was feeling better, no pain when not moving. I thought I would experiment today still keeping it light. Was planning full ramp but immediately dropping back to back off/ volume sets 3x315x3
However, I started to really feel it during the heavier warm up sets and I do not want to aggravate it.
