How are u getting that many steps in each day?

5 hrs of sleep? Dayum… i wish i had any motivation on only 5

get up, put my shoes on, walk around outside for two hours.

half the job is done and it's not even 5am.

the rest of the day I will take 3-4 more 30-minute walks after meals.
