Just dropping in to introduce myself. 50 year old weight lifter. Have been lifting since my early 20s and it’s fair to say I’m addicted still. Stumbled across this form online and looks really good are some great threads. Currently living in Central Texas and training bodybuilding style six days a week. Like to occasionally throw in compound exercises at least one or two days a week.
