Hey guys im really shy to come foreword with this if you check out my other post i been working out since 6 months now and i came across something called gynecomastia aka gyno puffy nipples or soft nipples
so when im warm my chest looks a bit better like this here

Finally i achieved something i wanted to which keeping my work on losing weight but i ran into problems and i will never stop.

alright after heading to the gym and finishing decided to take my cloth off to picture my chest and my improvement

Now im not sure if this is gyno or not but im trying my best to get rid of it but the fat under the nipple will not go for some reason

We need to know what you are running and how much, etc. Prior experience with AAS and your basic stats.

I been into bodybuilding since 8 month now i used to be 83 kilos and now im 74 and also im 5ft8
please explain more of what you want?

You should never begin a cycle without E2 (estrogen control) in hand. I always have at least 3 times the amount of E2 control in hand before a cycle. You should also have your PCT planned and have those products before you take your first dose of gear.

What are you running? How much are you running? Do you have estrogen control in hand?

How old are you? How do you train? How do you eat? What are your goals. Are you taking any AAS?

Im 17 , i train 6 times a week only Saturday is my day off and i train about an hour or sometimes more depends i do 3 times a week cardio and once hit,i eat 5 times a day twice breakfast 2 raw eggs at 5am in the morning and at 10 am i eat club sandwich at 2pm i eat steak or pasta or a rice with 2 Brest chickens and i drink my whey protein shaker one soup after the gym right away at night i eat salad with chicken , and no i dont take any however im think about going for a creatine or maybe in the long run steroids,
My goal is to be able to compete within 4 years from now this why im going extreme

Was thinking the same thing, pubescent gyno maybe?
I was thinking about that too is there a way to try my best to eliminate it or maybe decrease it without surgery
