Winstrol water base recipe

Someone send me a winstrol water base recipe, but usual goes oil, never try water before, Anyone have experience about that?

20ml@50mg/ml
1g powder
4.8ml BB
0.6ml BA
0.6ml polysorbate 80
12.5 ml distilled water

mix powder BA, BB, poly and heat until dissloved, filter, add water and re-filter

It can be painful (like prop.) for some people.
I usually mix it with something else, and keep it at or below 1cc, so it's not too bad.
I imagine doing 2-3cc's at a time could be pretty rough though...

As far as i know (going back 15 years) it had always been water solution which yes, could have been oral or injection. Around 8-10 years ago i started hearing about an oil based winny... never touched it because to me it didn't make much sense... and you should not be drinking oil base ...
