To add a much less knowledgeable comment... Haha.... I started to use a normal overhand for pulls after talking to an old guy at the dog park that tore both his biceps with the over under grip. Apparently he used to be big into powerlifting... Pulled over 8, squatted and benched over 7. It's a small world... Haha.
EEEK I worry about stuff like that!!!
