Good workout, Iron Soul! I know what you mean by building up the conditioning a bit. That should translate into improved lifts all around.

Thanks Chris, and I definitely agree with you. I didn't like how quick I was fatiguing on endurance stuff outside the gym. It's easy to lose sight of conditioning when so focused on one goal.

Fatiguing fast, working an off shift this week so switched from days to nights for a week and it's showing. Feels good being in here regardless.

Flat DB bench
100 x 6 x 4

Incline DB fly
40 x 10 x 3

Flat DB fly
50 x 10 x 3

Pretty simple day today for a lot of reasons but I don't wanna write a book for you guys. All In all, I completed what I wanted to get some. Really just focusing on maintenance for a bit.
