I've decided to start a log/journal etc. It's not going to be anything in extreme detail until I log the trenabol and other future cycles. In between, I will just be adding workouts and updates as I go. Looking forward to it. Hitting legs tonight so I plan to post the routine later tonight. Hope to see some of you guys and gals follow for support and critiquing of course! Constructive criticism always welcome. Even with my certifications, I too develop bad habits, get in comfort zones, and forget so e of the most essential information I have learned. And GOB, I look forward to all the name calling and shit talking. And of course talk of turbos mom, hitting on Jenner,dc, and TG, while being cautious with RR is welcome too :)

Here is the routine I did tonight. And yes I did almost eat shit during the walking lunges :)

Of course I warmed my vagina up on the treadmill for 5mins

Back squats ( Raw w/ full ROM)
135 x 10
225 x 10
315 x 8 x 3
335 x 4
225 x 12 x 2 (1.5 second squeeze at top)

Lying reverse curls
80 x 12
110 x 12
130 x 8 x 3
80 x 15 x 3

Walking lunges ( 50 feet, DB each arm)
Bodyweight x 1
25DB x 1
35DB x 1
45DB x 1
35DB x 1
25DB x 1
Bodyweight x 1

Seated calf raises
100 x 15 x 3
135 x 10 x 2
45 x failure x 1

Cable crunches
100lb x 50 x 4

Thanks brother! It's always crazy how much less workouts seem when written down than performed. That got me good tonight! Haha love the acronyms bro keep em coming Gracious old Bartender!

Your wheels are weak??? If so, I can only guess what your strong points look like. Nice work!

What are your certifications, if you don't mind telling us?

And watch out for GOB, he has a way of getting you to trust him then BAM before you know what's happening he's gorilla f***ing you from behind.
