I'm not clicking on that after reading what you guyssaid. Don't need to see a dude face ****ing another dude.
it is sad that a bb'r with that much heart and soul and awesome physique can't win due to that...I don't care who (or what) he does as long as children aren't involved..otherwise I figure it's his choice where he puts his willy...he still gets my vote. And no, I don't do girls for any reason..but I don't hold others sexual inclinations against them either...sex is just that...sex. It shouldn't be such an big deal IMO. Guys usually LIKE girl on girl action...but yet freak out if it is guy on guy....it isn't any different. Hell..if I was a man I would be gay LOL.
The video has been removed so not sure how long ago this happened but I really don't think that should affect his chances of being Mr O, I know it probably will which is a shame because he should only be judged for his physique on stage.
Using your body is not what we have the problem with, if he was stripping or playing "dancin bear" for a bunch of women that would be using his body to get what he needs etc... but playing boy toy fagging out seems to be the hurtle we as men have trouble getting over, ie: you throw the women and med school example out there, so are you implying that women are having sex with women and getting ridden by strap- ons to make their way through?
My guess is you mean they are sleeping their way through in a hetero fashion which is entirely different and albeit odd society as a whole sees it as more acceptable.
My 2cc's
And YES this has been around in the bb ing scene forever but not many were dumb enough to let vids be taken
Men that "freak out" when they see or even hear about guy on guy sex usually have feelings in them that they are uncomfortable with & don't want getting out. Therefore, they go out of their way to act overly tough, verbally bash gay men, etc., etc. If you ever hear a guy go out of his way to talk shit about gay men, you can bet your last dollar that he has gay feelings inside of him.
I don't give 2 shits if Kai Greene is gay, straight, whatever... it doesn't affect mine or my family's life so who really gives a damn. Kai seems like a very intelligent man that obviously works hard in the gym... what he does in his personal life is his business.
These were my thoughts exactly. I don't give a shit what Kai does off the bodybuilding stage and don't want to know because it's none of our business. Some people need to grow the **** up. If you don't like the video then don't watch it. Pretty simple. There's definitely a few guys on the board with some insecurity issues...
The girls sell themselves in pornographic videos or private wrestling sessions. Do you really think they have much repect for the men they are with? Do you really think many of them are heterosexual?
Personally, I couldn't care if they were straight, gay, doing vids, hooking themselves, whatever. AS long as they have good physiques, I respect that. It's the industry (especially the IFBB) that I don't respect..
Again....no insecurities. However your view is myopic at best. As the "crowned" champion of a subjective sport such as bodybuilding, the role takes on more then just physical appearance. He becomes a representative as to what the sport is. He is an embodiment of it's ideals. I think this is unavoidable.
This is also common in other sports that are not nearly as subjective. A long time ago, Charles Barkley said, "I am not your kids role model", but the elite of a given sport dont necessarily make that choice. It comes with the job. Along with this is increased scrutiny in areas of your life.
Very few men in my book that I "look up" to anymore. But there are some deserving of that respect and admiration. Acts like the one on the tape, do not belong with a sports top competitor. Sorry...just the way I feel.
