My first shot at a log online. I work alone, no trainer, and get all my information from talking, listening and reading so if anyone has anything they want to add- please do! I appreciate good feedback. I'm 40, 5'3", 120 lbs- my goal is to work smarter not harder
Currently I am running a cutting cycle for no other reason than to work some fat off my body. This is my plan for the next 8-12 weeks. Once done I am going to go back to adding muscle...so tired of hearing how tiny I am.
