I do 5x5 at least a couple months a year. I'm a big fan.
You don't have to be that strict. If equipment isn't available just move on and come back to it when you can.Monday: Day 2
Deadlifts:
135 x 5 (5 sets)
Question: Since the order of my exercises is: deadlifts, military, dips, curls, what happens if someones on the military press after im done my deadlifts?
Luckily this guy was finishing up right when I got there
Military press:
warmup: 45 x 5
95 x 5 (5 sets)
Dips:
Bodyweight (165lbs x8 ) 3 sets
DB Bicep curls
50 x 8
50 x 8
50 x 6
After workout, 1/2 cup of oats and a protein shake.
So far I'm loving this program, knowing exactly what exercises I need to do really makes a difference for me.
