For those of us who deal with hunger vs forcefeeding I prefer to chew my calories ... just personally and why I choose to prepare and eat them.

I am doing the force feeding now LOL...But wondering if I couldnt just do it in a regular muffin pan? I am slamming down a half dozen boiled whites every day...kinda gets old after a while.....bet those freese well too....

The bacon version lasts a coule days in the fridge, anything egg based should freeze fine.

That's what I use shan, mini pan for kiddo....

I made 24, stuck them in a big tupperware with some papertowels on the bottom so they didn't get soggy as all eggwhites do, and they kept all week
