Shoulder feeling the npp...... I'm just weak af now
First 3 sets were 2 min rest, sets 4 &5 i waited till I was sure I wasn't having heart attack. 5 x 5 was 2 min rest. No stamina at all, i need to address this. I feel more beat up than a 15 x 2 b.y. day!
no pain makes every session that much better...hopefully it stays that way 5...your numbers climb well, as they should, whenever you stay injury free..
