Push mow is no joke....especially when you forget to turn the fuker's motor on.

Nice quick sq as quad warm up.

Oh it definitely makes a difference, im still ready to go! Hitting the gym early tomorrow, bout 5am, with a buddy so the rest of this energy will go towards meal prep .

I was being completely serious. I used to do a lot of car pushing for conditioning and sometimes push backwards. It really helped my legs.

Car pushing huh? Ive got an old impala on the side of my house and a clear 50yd rite from where it sits. What did you find this helped most? Posterior chain?

Helped everything. I used to put my wife in the car and push it around the block. Works condition and my quads were nice and separated.

Nice squat session 5-oh, I think mowing sounds like a nice cool down after squat day. I prefer a beer and a ballgame, but what you did sounds nice too.

315's were atg, felt pretty smooth for just waking and being fasted. 45mins just not enough time. I really like going before work, kinda clears my head and allows me to focus for the day. Hopefully my boy keeps at it. Im going to try for a split today but we'll see about that later :)

Chris, I wasn't always slow,weak and stupid. At least not as much anyway. I was once strong,quick and intelligent. Oh and handsome too. But this isn't about me, it's about 5

Do you typically do squats the day after deadlifts?

Am workouts really clear my head and settle anxiety for the day. Normally i dont do am lift but i have the opportunity the next few weeks. Usually its not squat day after dl but i didnt really do too much volume wise so i didnt feel it
