Wtf, everything felt 3x as heavy! Back was worse than usual this morning and i push mowed yesterday morning so i think thats the culprit. Knurling on bar tore backside of calfs on hacks pretty good! Just a off day, maybe ill give it another go this afternoon.
CL those 5 sec pauses are brutal.......but i love them
The big thing I like to emphasize is that 5 sec pauses really work those hips. I have to be especially cautious on warming them up. And since I have a predisposition to TFL tightness, I need to roll those and my hammies out pretty good afterwards.
