Last 4 days been shit, pr was a shock. Tired, lethargic, no appetite. Fuk you darkness I need more sunlight. Not sure if I'm sick or what but either way past few days been rough.

Thanks Yomo, It did feel great as in no pain! Still 50lbs shy of my best but hopefully I can impress myself come April

Gud day with the iron. All sets up to 305 were speed sets, shit just moved today. No belt till top set too, my back loved pulls. Could really use a few more plates now.

From where I was at 3yrs ago I never thought this would be possible. Keep grinding man, it wasn't easy but definitely worth it

Sick this past wk, throat sore and coughing up a storm still. Learned a bit today with squats, getting hips engaged on descent made a noticeable difference. Always trying to improve
