Can you let go of your doubts? Of course you can.

How do you release those doubts? You simply stop holding on to them.

If you wish to drop an object that you are holding in your hands, you just let it go and it falls away. Visualize doing the exact same thing with each doubt, and allow them all to fall away from you under their own weight.

Every doubt you maintain requires your active participation and energy. Choose to no longer participate in keeping those doubts alive.

Instead, use the energy to grow and build and love and live and accomplish great things. Release your doubts, and stop standing in the way of your own progress.

Move positively forward without the encumbrance of doubt. And discover how amazingly effective you can naturally be

Is it really so difficult to do what must be done? It’s not difficult at all, when you stop fighting against it.

One little step will get you started, and once you’re started, you become interested and invested. Once you’re started, momentum begins to give you a push that becomes stronger with each effort.

Instead of putting off what you know must be done, what if you could somehow get yourself to be positively enthusiastic about it? You absolutely can, because you can choose how you wish to feel about anything.

It is indeed a privilege to be able to make good and useful things happen. It is a blessing to be in the position to undertake effective effort.

The genuine satisfaction in your life comes when you know you’re making a difference. And whatever it is in your world that must be done, is your opportunity to make that difference.

Go beyond intending, go beyond planning, go beyond wishing, and go beyond saying you need to get it done. Dive in, go to work, make something happen and be the positive, dynamic difference that makes you feel so wonderfully alive

I tell ya every day seems like one of those days. Don’t get me wrong I know plenty people who are worse off. Someone always has it worse but man. You can say Roger you have your health. But I really don’t. I take like 13 prescriptions and struggle to get out of bed every day and people like.. yes!! You are breathing and living. But that’s an awfully low bar to set.. just to get up and struggle everyday is your big positive? Just venting I suppose. Everyone have a good day and do the only thing you can. When life hits hard get up and hit the bitch harder.

on a positive I did a delt session at home last night after another 12 hour shift. lol. I have some small assortment of dumb bells

trying to do and actually gym sessions today on my day off. Last week spent $1000 on the one car we have for repairs. Just took it in for more shit. It’s insane. Can’t replace a battery yourself anymore. I looked it up even. Have to assign a new battery to your car computer. If you don’t it’ll keep charging it like it’s the old one with bad cells and can if risk over chains exploding new battery . Another fun fact to replace headlights and taillights in this model have to take off the bumper and the taillight assembly nice. They sure know how to get your money don’t they?

If you delay living the joys until later, they can fade to almost nothing before you ever experience them. If you delay addressing the problems until later, they can become far more difficult and imposing by the time you get around to them.

Instead, live life as it comes. Work through the challenges as they appear, and drink in the joys as they come along.

If you delay rest and relaxation for too long, you’ll grow weary and burned out. If you delay effort for too long, the best of life’s opportunities will pass you by.

Rest when you’re tired, and get back on your way when you’re rested. Listen to the rhythm of life, and live it as it comes.

Stop waiting for things to get better, or easier, more comfortable or more convenient. Go with what you have here and now.

Find the value in each moment, in each situation as it arises, then live that value. Make the very most of life, each moment as it comes along.

Man lots of sad stories. My oldest so. Went to Jr High and High School with a kid and his younger brother. A year apart . The younger one committed suicide last year. Thursday the older brother at 33 died of a massive heart attack. When younger played football and wrestling as he was older he know was clocking in at 5’7” and 280. Can’t imagine being a parent and putting two children into the ground. So sad for them. Things has been nuts at work a guy blocked my truck in and demanded all the medication I had in my truck for delivery! I had to jump in lock the doors and call 911 and the Postal Inspectors. Just pissed me off that after all this they call my cell phone not concerned but want to know if I’m still going to be done before overtime lol. Man …. Anyway just checking In amidst the chaos

You have a dream. If you’re fortunate, putting in sufficient effort and commitment, you could reach it.

But even if the fulfillment of your dream won’t come for a long time, or perhaps never, you can benefit from it immediately. Because right now, today, you can begin to be the person who could live that dream.

Any dream you have for the future is yours for a reason. It’s there to motivate you in the present.

Pay attention to your dream, to the values and inner purposes of which it speaks. Allow it to guide your priorities, your choices, and your actions.

To experience the reality of your dream, you must think, feel, speak and act as the person who is capable and worthy of living the dream. Those are all things you can do at any time, in every situation.

Living your dream is not something that must wait for later. In many essential ways, it’s something you’re able to do any time and every time you choose
