Just my opinion here BUT.…the level if competition has been pushed over the past couple years. Shit is getting ridiculously heavy.
I only know from the women's part but our weights have jumped considerably.
This is the first year looking at America's strongest woman and I am realizing a possible zero in one or two events

Poundstone is a little smaller than Shaw (like everyone on earth) and Big Z, though he has filled out some in the past couple of years.
